深港通是一项由中国证监会于2016年11月17日批准，由深圳证券交易所和香港联合交易所有限公司共同发起的股票市场连接计划。它为内地投资者开辟了一条通往香港市场的新通道，也使得香港及国际投资者能够直接进入内地A股市场。

　　 此外，根据《中华人民共和国证券法》第47条、《中华人民共和国证券法实施条例》第67条、《中华人民共和国证监会办法》第三章等有关法律法规，任何形式的金融衍生工具都应遵守相应的法律法规，并受到主管部门的监督。考虑到上述情况，中国证监会就“沪深港通”交易及标的物作出了相应的交易规则。

　　 根据《中华人民共和国证券市场管理办法》(以下简称“办法”)以及《上海证券交易所、 深圳证券交易所、 香 港 联 合 交 易 所 有 限 公 司 沪 深 港 通 交 易 规 则 ( 以 下 简 称 “ 规 则 ” ) 之 規 定 ， “ 沪 深 港 通 ” 作 为 直 接 进 入 A 股 的 一 种 重 大 机 遇 ， 必 须 采 取 有效的风险防范机制，保障内地和海外市场正常运行；否则将会面临重大风险。

　　 作为重要标的物之一，“沪深港通”作出如下規定：

　　 1.A. 对标的物規定

• a) A-share stocks traded through SSE and SZSE are eligible for trading in the Stock Connect program.
• b) Eligible shares should meet certain criteria, such as liquidity and market capitalization.
• c) All eligible shares must be listed on either the Shanghai or Shenzhen Stock Exchanges.

• a) The daily quota of the Stock Connect program is RMB 13 billion per day.
• b) The aggregate quota of the Stock Connect program is RMB 250 billion per month.

< li > a ) All investors must abide by the relevant regulations concerning risk management, such as disclosure requirements and margin requirements.< / li >< li > b ) Investors should also pay attention to market risks, including price fluctuations, liquidity risks and other related risks.< / li >< li > c ) Investors should also take into consideration their own financial situation before making any investment decisions.< / li >< / ul >
